Tracking Walks
4 hour tracking walks will be held each month, and will cover tracking basics such as track and sign identification and some gait analysis. In simpler terms, that means identifying the animal that made the track or sign and understanding how the animal was moving. These walks will be conducted at different locations around the Bend area and are a great introduction for beginning trackers. They are also great practice for more experienced trackers and a good place to practice your skills getting feedback from fellow students and the instructor.
